Specifications

Use: CNC, plastic injection, presses, assembly lines; any machine or station with an operator.
Tag: Key-fob sized active tag, carried in the pocket. Runs on a coin cell battery.
Detection: Leaving is detected within about a minute, returning within seconds. Short moves, such as stepping behind the machine, do not trigger alarms.
Station screen: Mini computer with touchscreen. If the network drops, records are kept on the device and sent on once it is back.
Identity: Operator and technician details come from your existing personnel database.
Alerts: WhatsApp and email. If nobody responds in time, the supervisor gets a second alert.
Reports: Times per operator and per machine; breaks, breakdowns and unexplained absences; response and repair times (MTTR).
Privacy: No location tracking. The system only records whether a person is at their station.
